FAQ, Policies & Shipping Info

All Credit Card Payments and Instant EFTs will be via PayFast (Pty) Ltd. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored. You can do so by going to the following page:

Our policy lasts 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE. Cop Capital will not be liable for returns due to a customer fault (i.e.: incorrect size or colour ordered.) Shipping fees for collection within South Africa are R199 (express overnight), re-delivery will be a further R140.

In the event of a return due to a fault by Cop Capital, the returned shipping fees incurred will be covered by Cop Capital.

Unfortunately Cop Capital cannot guarantee replacement of any item ordered in the wrong size, as some items are limited editions. Should this be the case please view our Refund Policies

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST BE unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unscathed packaging.

Gift cards.
Apparel (This includes t-shirts, caps, jackets and socks. Cop Capital will only exchange these items should they be incorrectly dispatched or have a manufacturing defect.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days amount of days.

Should a replacement item be required, this will be shipped (depending on availability of stock) within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item. An email to confirm shipping will be sent.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Lay-bys are not available for sale items.

EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

Our national shipping takes 2-5 working to all major cities and 5-10 to smaller towns.

All orders over R700 will receive FREE shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are return-shipping an item over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
